We ship throughout the EU, with a special focus on Germany and its neighboring countries. Within Germany, shipping time is typically 1-3 business days, unless there are delays on the part of the supplier. For orders outside of Germany, shipping may take slightly longer, approximately 2-5 business days. We will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will inform you of any delays.

If you don't like a product or it doesn't fit, you can return it within the return period. The condition is that the product is returned to us in the same condition and undamaged as it was originally shipped. You can easily manage your orders – either via the login page at the top under 'Orders' or via the profile button on the right. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund your money.
